IrgaCycle™ PS 030 G
IrgaCycle™ PS 030 G is a stabilizer solution designed to enhance the processing and long-term stability of recycled plastics for rigid applications. It extends the shelf life and durability of final plastic articles made with recycled polymeric material. IrgaCycle™ PS 030 G is especially recommended for HDPE and PP recyclates such as bottles, caps, containers, crates, bins, and HDPE scrap films.
IrgaCycle™ PS 031 G
IrgaCycle™ PS 031 G is a stabilizer solution designed to enhance the processing and long-term stability of recycled plastics for polyolefin flexible and film applications. IrgaCycle™ PS 031 G is especially recomended for LDPE and LLDPE recyclates such as packaging films, wrap or shrink films, and other flexible packaging forms.
IrgaCycle™ PS 032 G
IrgaCycle™ PS 032 G is a stabilizer solution designed to improve processing and long-term thermal stability of reclcyed polyefins that have been degraded or contaminated due exposure to aggressive substances such as acids or metal ions. IrgaCycle™ PS 032 G is especially recommended for PP and HDPE recyclates such battery cases, crates, and waste bins.
IrgaCycle™ UV 033 DD
IrgaCycle™ UV 033 DD is an additive solution designed to improve ultraviolet light stabilization of recycled polyolefins. It offers improved melt flow stability for better processing and increased light and long-term thermal stability for improved durability and weatherability. It can be used to upgrade recycled material originating from short-life applications for re-use in long term and higher value applications. IrgaCycle™ UV 033 DD is especially recommended for recycled LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and PP used in thick section articles including bottle crates, containers, waste bins or pallets and outdoor applications.
IrgaCycle™ XT 034 DD
IrgaCycle™ XT 034 DD is an additive solution designed improve the processing and long-term stability of severely contaminated polyolefin recyclate. It helps address incompatibility issues caused by paint, ink, and adhesive residues and high filler and pigment loadings. IrgaCycle™ XT 034 DD is especially recommended for PP and HDPE recyclate such as automotive bumpers.
