Rotational Molding
Wide Product Range
We offer a comprehensive range of products with a broad variety of property profiles. Find the right product for you!

Rotational molding is a process used for producing hollow plastic products. It allows production of complex parts in size and shape. In rotational molding the heating, melting, shaping, and cooling stages all occur after the polymer is placed in the mold, therefore no external pressure is applied during forming.
Such components can be produced enabling the process to compete effectively with other molding and extrusion practices. Rotational molding differs from other processing methods in that the heating, melting, shaping, and cooling stages all occur after the polymer is placed in the mold, therefore no external pressure is applied during forming. Typical products used for this process are LDPE/LLDPE, PP, EVA, PVC. We help you to add efficiency and performance to the process with our special product Irgastab® RM 68 FF especially for PE.
