Customer Specific Blends
BASF combines its products and know-how in Customer Specific Blends CSBs to tailor make formulations developed by the customer, for the customer or with the customer. They are processed into an easy-dosing pellet or granule.
Leveraging BASF’s broad additive portfolio, combined with co-additives and the multifold spectrum of form-giving technology ranging from cold compaction to extrusion, customers can always find the right product for their end application and processing technology.
With CSB, customers can
- improve safety and hygiene at their production site due to lesser powder,
- simplify their supply chain and dosing lines,
- ensure dosing consistency, improved dispersion, and hence better and more stable quality
- reduce running costs by minimizing downtime.
