Packaging with purpose: Confoil and BASF develop paper-based and certified compostable tray for ready-to-eat meals that supports organics recycling
BASF and Confoil co-created a paper-based and certified compostable packaging for ready-to-eat meals, feeding the nutrient loop of the circular economy through organics recycling.
The new DualPakECO® tray is coated on the inside with BASF’s certified compostable ecovio®. It is both microwaveable and ovenable for ready-to-eat meals.
