トヨタ・タコマ TRD Pro IsoDynamic シート
Toyota Tacoma™ TRD Pro IsoDynamic Seat

Ultramid^® を採用した Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro IsoDynamic（トヨタ・Tacoma TRD Pro IsoDynamic）シートは、17点以上のスチール部品を置き換えた、軽量な一体成形構造を実現しています。
これはUltrasim^®（CAE）を用いた、シートバックおよびシートパン構造の設計最適化により、高い性能と効率性を両立しました。

Toyota Tacoma™ TRD Pro IsoDynamic seat with Ultramid^® — a lightweight single molded design replacing over 17 steel parts, optimized by Ultrasim^® CAE.

使用済み製品由来リサイクル材（PCW）を活用したステアリングホイール
Steering Wheel with Integrated Post-Consumer Waste (PCW)

ポストインダストリアルおよびポストコンシューマー由来のポリウレタン廃棄物を再生し、新しいステアリングホイールに活用しました。ポストインダストリアル材を含むステアリングホイールについては、すべてのOEM仕様を満たすことを確認しています。なお、PCW（ポストコンシューマー廃棄物）を含むステアリングホイールについては、引き続き評価試験を実施中です。

Post‑industrial and post‑consumer polyurethane waste was successfully recycled into new steering wheels, meeting all OEM specifications, with PCW versions still under testing.

Melooop技術による自動車内装向け3D不織布の成形

ワコールとBASFのブラカップ用途における共同開発を基盤に、今回開発したアームレストのコンセプトモデルは、Elastollan^® TPUを用いてワコールの自社開発技術「Melooop」を活用し、自動車分野へ展開を目指しています。
メルトブロー法を用いて繊維から直接立体物を一工程で成型するワコール独自の技術であり、接着剤や多層構造を用いることなく不織構造の形成を可能にします。
さらに本アームレストは、繰り返し荷重に対して優れた弾性回復性を発揮し、長期的な寸法安定性を実現。人が触れる部位に適したソフトな触感を提供します。

This concept armrest extends Wacoal’s Melooop technology into automotive interiors using Elastollan^® TPU, showcasing a mono-material, adhesive-free 3D fiber design. It offers durable elastic recovery and long-term stability while delivering a soft-touch feel for occupant comfort.
