Processing Description
T-die extrusion  TPU stands out for its exceptional strength and dimensional stability, making it perfect for producing uniform, high-performance sheets. Its robust melt flow properties ensure even distribution through flat dies, resulting in consistent thickness and minimal defects. TPU’s controlled crystallization during cooling enhances its mechanical strength – ideal for demanding uses like conveyor belts. 
Pultrusion  TPU’s high tensile strength and flexibility make it the perfect fit for pultrusion, where resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die to form strong, lightweight profiles. Its excellent melt flow ensures smooth processing, while low shrinkage preserves dimensional accuracy. Durable, high-performance components like elevator belts, timing belts, and escalator handrails can be built to withstand demanding conditions.
