Ultrason® P 3010 BMB enables customers across industries like household and catering, water and sanitary, medical technology, hydrogen production and E&E to increase the use of renewable resources and accelerate their transition toward a more circular economy.

流动高效、加工便捷、亮彩持久:巴斯夫专为微型电子电气部件打造,兼具优异色泽稳定性的理想 PPA 材料

对于许多电子电气(E&E)组件,当聚酰胺 66(PA66)的强度和刚度无法满足需求时,巴斯夫的客户现在可以选择更多量身定制的 PA66/6T产品:Ultramid® T6000 是一种耐高温聚酰胺材料,在潮湿和高温环境下,具有优于 PA66 的机械和介电性能。同时,较低的吸湿性保证了良好的尺寸稳定性,从而填补了巴斯夫 Ultramid® Advanced(聚苯二甲酰胺:PPA)产品组合的空白。Ultramid® T6000 可在与标准 PA66 相似的低模温下轻松加工。除耐用的橙色和灰色外,该材料还具有良好的着色性,可定制加工成不同白色调产品。其阻燃牌号均采用无卤阻燃剂。Ultramid® T6000 是巴斯夫于 2020 年收购索尔维聚酰胺业务之后开发的改进型上游整合 PA66/6T 化合物,现已面向全球客户提供此项材料解决方案。
