Elastospray®: versatile, easy to apply insulation with top performance
Elastospray® systems are sprayed directly onto the dry and dust-free substrate to be insulated. Once cured, the rigid and robust foam forms a continuous, even insulating layer without joints or gaps, eliminating any thermal bridges. As the material offers excellent adhesion and adapts to any profile, it is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces and shapes.
The versatile options for using Elastospray® range from insulating new-built residential homes to thermal renovation of existing commercial premises. Elastospray® can be used for interior as well as exterior applications such as insulation of walls, floors, soffits and ceilings. Thanks to its closed-cell structure Elastospray® offers an excellent insulation value, airtightness and water-resistance and thus provides a seal against the effects of weathering and temperature. The applied foam is durable, contributes to improve the construction and prolong the life of buildings.

In its bid to curb climate change, The European Union aims to drastically reduce fluorinated gases (F-gases) with high GWP. The associated EU Regulation is targeting a two-thirds cut in F-gas emissions across Europe by the year 2030. For industry, this means substituting hydrofluorocarbons (HFC), as conventionally used as blowing agents in spray foam, with eco-friendlier alternatives.
