Elastopan^®SpringPURe introduces a new generation of PU materials that redefines this balance. By combining low density with the proven durability and cushioning of PU, SpringPURe opens up new possibilities for footwear design. Whether using polyether-based materials for flexibility or polyester-based ones for ease of processing, manufacturers now have a versatile solution compatible with a range of production methods, from direct injection to thermoforming.

Through a close partnership with Stemma S.R.L., SpringPURe integrates seamlessly with NUCLEOOS technology, a hybrid approach to chemical-physical foaming. This means lighter midsoles, outstanding style, and performance, all while fitting into existing manufacturing processes.
