Elasturan^®is the material solution for numerous different parts as it is adaptable to various processing machines and performance criteria. Hot and cold cast solutions are available, defined by the NCO-content/reactivity of the prepolymer. Elasturan^® offers a broad range of hardnesses from shore A 45 to shore D 85. The diversity of the series lets Elasturan^®- fit into different applications in dry and wet environment, with static and dynamic stress, in contact with abrasives, microbes or chemicals. On top, the new series Elasturan^® HP (6080) shows even superior performance in dynamic loads, while Elasturan^® extreme (6090) has an outstanding combination of static and dynamic properties.

Wheels

Elasturan^® is designed to run under high loads. With its superior dynamic performance in can be used for wheels and tires even under challenging conditions.

Mining

Elasturan^® has very low abrasion values which makes it to the material of choice for sieves used in the mining industry. Even wet abrasives can be used.

Agriculture

With its stability versus chemicals, microbes and hydrolysis Elasturan^® is the right choice for parts used in harvesting machine and agricultural environment.

The dry lamination machine uses a rubber cylinder to glue adhesive to a flexible film. This is one of the processes in the packaging business.
