By collaborating closely with BASF, Takazuri developed the Climatile™ technology – a patent roofing and cladding system that acts as a cool roof/wall to improve indoor temperatures with enhanced insulation and improved solar emittance. Additive packages from BASF have been specifically tailored to suit the unique weather conditions of the regions. These additives were designed to improve the resilience of post-consumer materials, ensuring they perform optimally under various environmental stresses. The result is a roofing and cladding solution that meets the performance requirements for outdoor applications.
