Auf der Compamed vorgestellt: das breite Anwendungsgebiet des Weichmachers Hexamoll® DINCH®, der unter anderem in Kathetern oder auch Atemmasken verwendet wird (links). Der Nicht-Phthalatweichmacher überzeugt dank seiner geringen Migrationsrate und seines exzellenten toxikologischen Profils als sichere Alternative zu traditionellen Phthalaten. Außerdem zeigt BASF das hygthec®-System (Kopfteil, rechts), das die Firma Creative Balloons Maschinenbau GmbH & CoKG mit Elastollan®, dem TPU von BASF, herstellt. Das Kopfteil des Drainage-Systems besteht aus einem dünnwandigen Ballonkörper aus Elastollan® 1195A, einem innenliegenden Schlauchelement (Elastollan® 1190A), dem elastisch verformbaren Zäpfchen aus thermoplastisch geformtem Polyurethanschaum (Elastollan® 1160A, grün) – und auch der gelbe Ring am unteren Ende ist ein TPU-Schaum. Exhibited at Compamed: the broad range of applications of the plasticizer Hexamoll® DINCH® which is used, for example, in catheters or breathing masks (pictured left). Thanks to its low migration rate and excellent toxicological profile, the non-phthalate plasticizer is perfectly suited as a safe alternative to traditional phthalates. Also on show: The hygthec® system (head section, pictured right), manufactured by Creative Balloons Maschinenbau GmbH & CoKG, using Elastollan®, the TPU from BASF. The head section of the drainage system consists of a thin-walled balloon element (Elastollan® 1195A), an inner tube element (Elastollan® 1190A), an elastically deformable suppository made from thermoplastically molded polyurethane foam (Elastollan® 1160A, green) – and also, the yellow ring at the bottom is made from a TPU foam.
