Ultradur® B1520 FC R01 UN is suitable for plastic parts, where material approval regarding direct food contact is a mandatory requirement. The BASF Ultradur® FC (Food Contact) grades enable the industry to develop products for food contact applications which are in compliance with multiple regional food contact regulations including European Food Contact (EU) Nr. 10/2011 and GMP (EC) N°2023/2006. For questions regarding the compliance with further regulations, and certificates, please contact your local BASF representative or Plastics Safety (E-Mail: plastics.safety@basf.com). The products can also be offered as BMBcert™ and/or Ccycled™. Due to the Massbalance approach the product properties do not change.
